Exceptional Equipment – Superior Service

The pursuit of the perfect espresso is a journey, a ritual, a moment of quiet focus in the bustle of daily life. We believe that this journey should be a seamless pleasure, and at its heart lies not just exceptional equipment, but also unwavering support and partnerships.

Oz Espresso is described as an equipment wholesaler, but in reality, there’s much more to it than that. It’s about connecting customers to exceptional products. Building relationships with R&D engineers and factories, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and what’s useful when it comes to serving coffee.

Our Services

We understand that downtime is the enemy of any hospitality business, whether that’s a bustling café, a pub, or fine dining establishment. Ultimately, it boils down to a few fundamentals. Good kit will outlast any trend when it comes to an industry where reliability is paramount. Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of spare parts is a prerequisite for unrivalled after sales, with most parts available for next-day delivery. We’re committed to a ‘first-time-fix’ approach – ensuring the correct knowledge and tools are available before a technician is on site, in the event that problems can’t be fixed over the phone.

Our Products

The business was originally created in 2011 as the UK distribution for Conti Espresso Machines which still forms the foundation of our business, Compak grinders has now been part of the offering for nine years and the Catalonian company now feels very much like a part of our family. As we grow, we continue to keep our eyes peeled for great new products, such as Cinoart coffee tools and Everpure filtration.

Great equipment will outlast any trend when it comes to an industry where reliability is paramount.

Our Customers

As a business that operates through a network of dedicated wholesale partners, it’s often with a tinge of sadness that we say goodbye to our latest machines without knowing the final destination. For us to truly comprehend where our machines reside, we must first understand who is curating the experience for the end user. It could be a

coffee roaster, an engineer, or specialist equipment supplier, whoever that is – there is a deep understanding of what is required to match the requirements of specific sites, along with a real connection to the supplier, ensuring smooth set up and continued support.
